Insurance

You want to make certain that the house cleaning company has proper liability insurance. Should one of the cleaning staff slip and fall while cleaning your home your home owners liability insurance may not cover the incident. It is essential that the maid service you use has comprehensive liability employee accident coverage andi f they are properly insured this will protect you should a staff member be responsible for a theft while they are in your home cleaning it. You should be aware that there are maid service companies out there which are not coverd or only have limited coverage that does not protect the consumer.
Dubai maids have this in place however any incidents must be reported within 24 hours so that we can do full investigations and follow up to resolve any incident that might occur to resolve the situation.
